**The Role**
7 months, full time, replacement of a maternity leave.
**Your Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director based Saint Nolff in France; the incumbent will be responsible for:
**Strategic Responsibilities**
- Implement best-practices regarding stock management (Quarterly reconciliation, Cycle counts etc )
- Coordinate all cross-functional stock reduction initiatives and support us to drive inventory turn improvement (ABC analysis, “Late differentiation” project )
- Lead “stock at risk” management in close collaboration with the business developers, finance controllers and Supply-Chain/Sales teams (identify potential slow-moving or obsolete stock, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate required actions to reduce/eliminate the risk)
- Develop KPI’s and support our financial controller in the monthly stock reporting and analysis

**Process Development / Management**
- Development and implementation of corrective actions preventing future variances

**People and Organization**
- stablish and maintain effective and cooperative working relations with internal/external organizations: working in a team environment to achieve functional, and company goals.

**Your Profile**
Minimum 1- 2 years supply chain planner.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Very advanced Excel user
- Data and IT savvy:

- Fully comfortable and highly skills at data analysis, knowing how to manipulate complex data and provide meaningful information
- Very good understanding of the total End-to-End Supply-Chain processes
- A strong academic background - ideally in Supply-Chain
- Project management, communication and presentation skills
- Good level in English and French (Dutch, Spanish are optional)
