ASSOCIATE MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS (PROCUREMENT FINANCE)

The position is based in Italy, under the immediate supervision of the Manager, FP&A - Global Procurement based in Racine, Wisconsin

**Responsibilities**:

- Report, budget and forecast Regional (EU and AMET) and Global Commodity Inflation & PPV and own feedstock tracking & reporting
- Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvement
- Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations
- Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification
- Managing any key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations
- Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement related controls are in place
- Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement.
- Perform financial assessment of suppliers
- Partner to develop, influence and implement category direct spend strategies.
- Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations.
- Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF)

**Experience you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus)
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration and related
