About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at Nidecker Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting:
    • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions from department heads.
    • Prepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts, analyzing variances and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for business growth.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, evaluating potential investments and partnerships to drive business growth.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within the sporting goods or outdoor industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
