Lead Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Controller to join our finance team as a Director. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement financial analysis and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely information for business decision-making.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of financial analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support their growth and development.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Oversee data reconciliation between accounting systems, data analytics database, and risk systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Skill Set: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Python; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
