Financial Analyst

Nidecker Group is a leading manufacturer of board sports products, with a portfolio that includes renowned brands such as Emerica, éS, Etnies, Jones, Nidecker, Rome, Thirtytwo and #YES. Based in Rolle, our office serves as a hub for some of the fastest-growing brands in the board sport or snowboarding industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within the sporting goods or outdoor industry. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing the annual budgeting process
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial forecasts
• Collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate budget submissions

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing monthly financial results, variances, and trends
• Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management
• Conducting profitability analysis on products, services, and business segments

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

This is a full-time position available immediately, offering a competitive salary between CHF 80,000 and CHF 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
