Assistant (All Genders) Back-office and Operations

This role is excellent opportunity to work in exciting and growing global firm, where you, based in the heart of the company, will be integral in assisting driving our future. You will be part of the Back-Office and Operations team and main point of contact for the Executive Management Members, the Leadership, internal departments and employees. Here is your positive and friendly approach essential.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Various administrative activities, organisation and office management
- Operational cooperation with Finance, Human Resources and Marketing
- Planning and organization of team buildings, All-hand meetings and special events.
- Travel and Procurement Management, acting as first point of contact in negotiating of long-term corporate contracts with business hotels, company car service providers and airlines.
- Preparation of travel expenses, reports and overviews.
Interface with all entities to provide best possible solutions, be involved in multiple internal initiatives, stay reliable and hungry for success and inspired by ambitious people, willing to go the extra mile
**Your Profile**:
- Educational background and professional experience in comparable position, preferable in international environment or in a consultancy.
- A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with precise working methods.
- A positive and resilient attitude, solution-oriented approach, reliable with strong organisational skills.
- excellent MS-Office knowledge, very good expressiveness in English and German (in word and writing) and willingness to occasional travels.
