**Finance & Operations Assistant (part time)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will deal with daily accounting, recording of transactions, code expenses, do account reconciliations, deal with intra-group transactions, support month-end processes, execute payment runs and other administrative tasks (e.g., document management).

You are interested in developing your accounting skills and will be involved in quarter and year end processes, financial audit, and support document preparation for various stakeholders, while area of responsibility will increase gradually.
- You have gained some years of experience in Finance Operations and Accounting
- You are familiar with cryptocurrencies and FX accounting
- You can adapt quickly to changeable work conditions, fitting well into a start-up company
- Strong English and German Language

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Have experience with cryptocurrencies and intra-group processes
- Bring along user-experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Are accustomed to working in an international environment and remote setup

**Hours of Work**:
Working presence Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 50% work pattern, willingness to scale up in case business demands.

**Place of Work**:
Zug, Switzerland - valid Swiss working permit is a must.
