At Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Financial Program Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks within the program, including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks within the program
  • Monitor program processes
  • Train stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems
  • Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
  • Ensure agreements are implemented and monitored
  • Update program relevant manuals and procedures regularly
  • Timely report and escalate risks, exceptions, incidents, and opportunities to the superior
  • User acceptance testing of new features to be released to production
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with business partners
  • Participate in potential projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
  • Experience in Operations roles, ideally within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
