Crown Holdings, Inc. designs and manufactures innovative metal packaging solutions for some of the world's largest companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing industry and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and services.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring orders are fulfilled according to Crown's commitments, and maintaining SOX controls.

The main tasks of this role include:

  • Following up on day-to-day customer interactions.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders, maintaining pricing modules, and entering sales orders into the SAP system.
  • Collaborating with customers to validate short-term demand plans.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Providing accurate product status information to customers and monitoring logistics paths.
  • Verifying accurate documentation and stock reporting to customers.
  • Organizing and managing export flows.
  • Liaising with local customers when required.
  • Verifying financial handling of deliveries stays within credit limits.
  • Working closely with the Finance department on invoicing matters.

About you
The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with 3-5 years' experience in a similar field, preferably in manufacturing.

You should possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have a solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP.

A good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills in English, you should also be proficient in German.
