Im Auftrag unseres Klienten, einem dynamisch wachsenden Mittelständler, suchen wir engagierte Sales Support Specialists (m/w/d) – FMCG International für einen neuen Standort. Aufgaben:
  • Sie unterstützen die Area Manager und den Sales Director proaktiv und professionell in sämtlichen Vertriebsprozessen in den von Ihnen betreuten internationalen Märkten – von der Preisgestaltung über die Erstellung von Präsentationen bis hin zur Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen.
  • Sie gewährleisten effiziente Abläufe im Sales Service und sorgen dafür, dass alle administrativen Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den internationalen Vertriebsteams unterstützen Sie die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit, um optimale Ergebnisse sicherzustellen.
  • Sie erstellen kundenbezogene Vertriebsunterlagen, pflegen CRM-Systeme und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse bei.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Logistik in Deutschland und anderen internen Abteilungen stellen Sie sicher, dass der Vertrieb bestmöglich unterstützt wird und das Wachstum des Unternehmens nachhaltig vorangetrieben wird.
  • Sie koordinieren Zoll- und Versanddokumentationen gewissenhaft und sorgen dafür, dass alle relevanten Abläufe effizient gesteuert werden – die Hauptzollabwicklung erfolgt aus Deutschland.
Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Sales Support, idealerweise im FMCG-Bereich.
  • Kenntnisse in der Export- und Zollabwicklung sind von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen.
