As a Project Manager - Zug, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, developing effective solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for leading complex and transformative programs/projects, driving the integration of innovative financial technologies, including cryptocurrency solutions, into our banking systems, and managing senior stakeholders ensuring alignment with project goals and company vision.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 7-10 years proven experience in project management within consulting, startup, and banking environments and at least 5 years of banking/financial services industry experience.
  • Hands-on delivery experience in leading banking front-end development/implementation from A to Z.
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and structured working approach.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, tight timelines, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Stress resilient, self-motivated, and no 9-5 mentality.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital finance is a significant plus.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field with excellent grades.
  • A master's or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
