Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Operations Associate to join our Chief Operating Officer unit, tasked with driving operational excellence across our organization. This role will involve:

Operational Collaboration
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and resources for project completion and exception processing.
  • Supporting the trading unit and relationship managers in their daily operations, ensuring seamless execution.
Data Management
  • Managing internal transfers of crypto assets, maintaining utmost security and efficiency.
  • Coordinating external transfers of client crypto assets, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
Process Improvement
  • Developing and implementing process documentation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Offering conceptual and analytical support, contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Visio.
