As team lead of the Leadership Enablement Desk, this role will offer you the opportunity to be and help shape the very pulse of On's growth. Join our team and keep On moving at top speed.

Your Mission:

- Lead the LED Team to support our entire Management Team at On
- Assist two Senior Leadership Members in (administrative) tasks of their day-to-day work (including agenda
- and travel management, managing internal and external relationships, and handling ad-hoc projects)
- Work behind the scenes to prioritize, solve problems and deal with inquiries before they are brought to the Co-CEO / Co-CEO & CFO (e.g. internal and external communication on their behalf)

Your Story:

- You bring in 5+ years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar position supporting key leadership members and enjoy all aspects of organisation, planning and prioritisation
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members as well as our external partners
- You bring in first leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged - and you are hands-on
- You are excited about working at the interface between multiple key nodes of a fast-growing company
- You are fluent in both German and English (verbally and written)
