**Managing Consultant / Team Lead**

**80-100%**

We are currently expanding our Consulting Team. In this role you will support our customers in customizing their core banking system to their needs.

**Tasks & projects**
- You lead and develop a team of talented consultants on-site and near-shore
- You see to the team’s well-being and their skills development
- You oversee the various client projects within your team and contribute to solutions at the cutting edge of IT and banking
- You support our Sales team to acquire new clients and projects (solution design, effort estimate, offering, contracting)
- You proactively plan your teams current and future assignments according to the sales pipeline, available capacity and employee skill set
- You work together with HR for the recruitment of new talents
- You contribute to our marketing and communication activities to promote our achievements and services

**Skillset & mindset**
- University degree preferably in computer science, business, engineering or science
- Several years of experience in the consulting industry
- Certified Avaloq Professional with several years of experience on Avaloq projects
- At least 3-5 years of formal people management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Openness to fast-changing environments and working in multi-project environments
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland and occasionally EU/UK
- Proficient in spoken and written English, German is a plus
