We are KNOWLEDGE LAB. Since 2016, we have been developing solutions for our clients in the digital banking world that go far beyond 0 and 1. We have ambitious plans, and you have the opportunity not only to be a part of it, but also to contribute and actively shape our projects.

**Tasks &**P** rojects*:

- You lead and cultivate a team of talented consultants both on-site and near-shore
- You foster the well-being and skill development of your team members
- You supervise diverse client projects within your team, contributing to cutting-edge solutions in IT and banking
- You assist the Sales team in acquiring new clients and projects, including solution design, effort estimation, offering, and contracting
- You proactively plan your team’s current and future assignments based on the sales pipeline, available capacity, and employee skill set
- You collaborate with HR in the recruitment of new talents
- You contribute to our marketing and communication initiatives to showcase our achievements and services

**Skillset & ** M** indset*:

- University degree, preferably in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the consulting industry
- Certified Avaloq Professional with extensive experience on Avaloq projects
- At least 3-5 years of formal people management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and working in multi-project settings
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally to EU/UK
- Proficient in spoken and written English; German proficiency is a plus
