We are seeking 7 FS Risk Consultants with various years of experience (3 yrs - 9+yrs) to join our client's team for staff augmentation in various areas, including Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, and Treasury. As a Risk Consultant, you will provide valuable expertise and support to clients in the banking sector. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 3 to 9+ years of banking consulting experience, along with specific experience in Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, or Treasury.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management requirements and provide consulting services in the areas of Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, or Treasury.
- Analyze and assess risk exposure in relevant areas, develop risk mitigation strategies, and recommend improvements to internal control frameworks.

- Support clients in the implementation and optimization of risk management systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk identification, measurement, and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control enhancement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the banking sector.
- Deliver high-quality client presentations and reports that clearly communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 9 years of experience in banking consulting, specializing in risk management.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, or Treasury.
- Proven expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify risk factors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex risk-related challenges.
- Relevant certifications in risk management, accounting, or finance are a plus.
