Advise clients on strategic transformation projects in a challenging and rapidly changing environment
Adapt business and operating models with regards to organizational, process and technology related aspects
Support the identification of ESG aspects and assess impacts on our client's business from a regulatory, risk and reporting perspective
Work in multidisciplinary teams in a global environment
Show entrepreneurial mindset and develop new business ideas

This is what makes you successful
Master's degree and strong academic record in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Sustainability or Financial Services.
At least 4-6 years of financial services industry and consulting experience, deep understanding of regulatory environment in Switzerland and Europe relevant to Sustainable Finance and/or of most common ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, ISSB, or TCFD.
Profound knowledge and understanding of the impact of ESG regulation and reporting requirements on key business processes of financial institutions, including risk management and reporting.
Good understanding of industry trends & challenges in Sustainability and Financial Services.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both in German and English is a mandatory requirement.
