Your contribution to KPMG
Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives
Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams
Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs
Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent related processes)
Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and providing insights on market leading solutions across the HR value chain
Collaborate and steer cross-functional projects, working together to deliver broader value to your clients
Support building KPMG's relationship to new and existing clients
Deliver proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients
Participate in thought leadership papers and go to market activities
This is what makes you successful
Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
5-6 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm. Experience within Consulting is must
Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, implementation of a HR shared service center or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary, French a plus
Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills
