Risk Manager Compliance
Aufgaben
Responsible for control activities from 2nd Line of Defence (LoD) for cross-border business / Responsible for monitoring cross-border risks and cross-border risk mitigation, especially in high business risk areas / Ensure controls are maintained and perform regular cross-border compliance checks, especially for risky markets / Act as POC risk expert for all departments and as an advisor to 1st LoD and front desk managers / Coordination tasks for global monitoring and control activity of the bank in all locations worldwide / Support and briefing of Relationship Managers mainly before travel activities / Preparation of cross-border reports with analysis and assessment of vulnerabilities and incidents / Report writing for senior management / Further development of the cross-border framework / Situational audit support projects.
Qualifikation
Master's degree in law, paralegal or banking & finance / Professional experience in private banking as a process risk manager or international consulting (e.g. Big4) / Professional experience in compliance, suitability, risk management, internal audit execution / Interest in ensuring the effectiveness of the cross-border risk framework / Ability to identify, plan and execute controls independently / Analytical skills, accurate and detail-oriented in approach / Solution-oriented, independent personality with pragmatic as well as goal-oriented thinking and acting / Strong interpersonal skills and flexible in communication / Skilled in presenting to senior management / German as well as English.
