Our client is a bank in Zurich. We are looking for a compliance specialist (m, f, d) as a
ESG Compliance / Risk Manager
Aufgaben
Oversee all ESG compliance and risk matters, including regulatory requirements / Ensure proper implementation of ESG requirements across the organization / Ensure ESG compliance for business frameworks, operations and transactions / Monitoring ESG initiatives and initiate business initiatives with ESG differentiation and profiling / Prepare reports with meaningful metrics for senior management, Board members and regulators / Responsibility for reviewing and optimizing ESG regulations and standards / Creating ESG awareness through targeted presentations and regular training / Creating awareness for anticipating ESG risks / Monitoring regulatory developments in the market and optimizing ESG compliance / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree / Professional experience in ESG regulation in a bank, insurance company, Big4 or consulting firm / Professional experience with Swiss and European regulations for financial services companies / Solid knowledge of content requirements for data and internal controls / Interest in designing efficient processes / Analytical, detail-oriented approach with independent working style / Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high quality / Strong service orientation / Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize / Communication and interpersonal skills / Presentation skills / MS Office / Fluent in German and English.
