For our client, an international company proving financial services, we are looking for an experienced person to take over a manager position and to join the Financial Services Transformation team based in Zurich.

**Your tasks**

In this position you will provide risk advisory services to Banks on regulatory topics, engaging with our client staff to build effective relationships. In addition, you will:

- Identify, analyse, design, and implement tailored solutions for our clients in the financial services industry with a focus on risk management, compliance, and regulations
- Develop value-adding client proposals and solutions and take these to the market
- Coach teams of consultants in the day-to-day execution of engagements for our clients
- Define and interpret regulatory requirements and best practices, develop regulatory audit tools and deliver regulatory audit services
- Stay on top of evolving regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA) as well as industry best practice developments to devise value-generating solutions for our clients

**Your profile**

To be successful in this role you offer a Master or PhD in banking & finance, economics, business, or a related field. Moreover, you bring with you:

- 6-7 years of professional experience in a consulting firm focusing on risk management and risk transformation
- Strong functional knowledge in the area of non-financial risk management (NFRM) and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge in adjacent fields such as target operating model design, process optimization, digitalization, analytics, project management, change management is a plus
- Structured, result-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial, creative mind-set as well as the ability to work and lead effectively in teams
- Business fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
