**Your role**

- Project Planning and Execution: Ensure that all aspects of the project are clearly defined, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor the project progress.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, senior management, compliance etc. Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project objectives
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement process enhancements, and incorporate feedback to optimize project management practices and deliver greater value to stakeholders
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices related to Financial Crime Prevention and other non-financial risk related requirements
- Work closely with UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization to drive change with a focus on enabling business model transformation, implementing new legal/regulatory requirements and establishing robust and efficient processes

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in the financial services industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services products, processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in German. English and other languages are a plus.
