Identify key risks within the business; monitor incidents assessing root cause and identify risk trends
- Undertake an annual testing programme against inherent key risks that have been recognised within WM environment
- Provide value added management information to our Corporate Governance committee structure
- Review new products to assess any potential risks they may present to the Bank
- Attendance at some senior management committees to replace Head of non Financial Risk
- Undertake independent reviews when required
- Test and challenge our control environment and propose enhancements
- Support and conduct periodic business controls
- Assess effectiveness of executed controls
- Conduct quality assurance activities
- Undertake independent reviews when required
- Monthly KRI MIS and other risk reportings to senior management
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Risk analysis reports to group
- Ensure the implementation and integrity of Deutsche Operational Risk Framework
- Adhoc reporting to senior stakeholders in Switzerland and Germany

**Role objectives**
- Provide support to the various business divisions and the Head of NFRM in the identification and management of Risk
- Liaise with our functional and business colleagues to ensure we continually try to improve our control environment
- Coordination with other control functions (e.g. Compliance), in particular 2nd Line of Defense units, to implement control standards and relevant framework and processes.
- Educate Front Office in NFRM Risk related topics.

**Required profile**
- At least 10 years experience within the Swiss finance industry, preferably with some Risk Management or Audit experience
- A plus: Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent (Master in Finance or GARP a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to communicate at all levels across our organization
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting demands. Very structured
- Attention to detail, self motivated and solution driven
- Team player who is eager to learn
- Fluent in English, knowledge in German (French).
- Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Swiss Private Banking and a good understanding of Banking processes and risk management
