**Your role**
- Are you interested in becoming an advisor for derivative and trading regulation related topics? Then we are looking for you In this diversified role, you may- lead change initiatives for the derivative and trading regulations (DTR) advisory team
- perform impact assessments from a business risk perspective
- prepare and drive related client communication (KYC)
- review and monitor regulatory process controls and assess their effectiveness
- partner with the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO) and stakeholders across all levels, function, and regions

**Your expertise**
- about 3-5 years business analysis or business project management experience in the financial industry
- completed apprenticeship or university degree preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or Economics
- having worked on regulatory/ compliance/ legal/ tax/ risk management topics is an advantage
- fluent in English and German; any other language skills would be an asset
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- a team player with a positive attitude. You like challenges and you can cope with pressure
- hands-on and result oriented working attitude
- having a structured approach with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
