Business Risk Manager Cross-Border
Aufgaben
Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the Private Banking cross-border framework as 1st or 2nd Line of Defense (LoD) / Further development of controls, processes and reports / Analysis of risk mitigating measures and optimization of effectiveness and efficiency / Ongoing risk analysis and monitoring of business risks and OpRisk on the private banking front / Ongoing review of the control framework and measured values / Ensuring risk controls as preventive as well as downstream controls to ensure comprehensive effectiveness and maximum risk mitigation / Prepare and analyze business and OpRisk data / Prepare cross-border reports capturing meaningful data regarding compliance effectiveness / Support Private Banking front desks and relationship managers and collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit / Monitoring of national and international developments in the cross-border area / Group wide projects related to standardization or automation.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Law or Engineering / Professional experience in cross-border or business risk management of a bank either as 1st
- or 2nd-LoD or in audit / Interest in regulatory issues / Knowledge of front processes of private banking and cross-border regulations such as CDB, GWG, MiFID II, FIDLEG, etc. / Interest in quantitative data analysis / Knowledge of risk processes and their performance (KPI) of key risk indicators (KRI) / Project manager type with analytical and conceptual skills / Recognition of correlations / Independent work / Customer friendly, team and service oriented personality Sense of responsibility and determination / High motivation and social skills / German as well as English.
