**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Support the entities and business functions performing non-financial risk assessments
- Challenge the risk assessments results and align with senior stakeholders of the Group
- Co-ordinate the annual risk taxonomy re-assessment
- Manage the Group’s audit issues on behalf of the CRO (function/Division)
- Process Non-Financial Risk incident bookings; analyse and clarify cases and support the internal stakeholders
- Support the GRC-Tool (Governance Risk and Compliance) Data Specialist of the team

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance
- Relevant work experience (1-2 years), preferably in the area of non-financial risk or audit
- Strong problem solving and communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and structured workstyle
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and German (oral and written) is a must, other languages would be a plus
