Overview:
- Ensure the proper control and functioning of office infrastructure
- Management of daily administrative tasks (non-client related)
- Manage office suppliers (cleaning services, safe removal service, others)
Details:
- Attend to main telephone/central line (covering all telephone lines during office hours 0830 - 1730 hrs)
- Handle general tasks interfacing with the company’s accountants and It providers
- Processing of general payments of company suppliers and partners
- Management of petty-cash register incl. monthly preparation of accounting documents
- Daily management of mail and courier services
- Material supply management (office supplies, beverages, cleaning material incl. toilet, etc.)
- Manage generals tasks with external service providers (cleaning service company, copier service provider, IT service provider, building maintenance persons, etc)
- Manage office plants and other decorative pieces
- Track absence and vacation of staff
- Control of access badges to office
- Reception and support of customers, partners, and other guests/visitors to the office
- Business travel support for senior partners
ANFORDERUNGEN
English: excellent oral and written communication skills
German: fluent in verbal and writing
Versatile, sociable, and fluid in a small-team environment
Handling skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PP, Word, etc)
BEMERKUNGEN
Compensation: Fixed CHF 80'000 to CHF 90'000 p.a.depending on profile, plus discretionary bonus
