**Role + Responsibilities**:
- Y ou establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned global customer accounts in Life Science Industries.
- Y ou coordinate the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Y ou meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account.
- Y ou proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Y ou lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel.
**Qualification + Profile**:
- Previous experience in Strategic Account Management and Sales, preferably in Life Sciences Industries sector
- Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment without formal authority
- Language: fluent in German and English
- Foreign travel is an integral part of the role
