International Contract Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Contract Development Manager to join our Global Contract Management Team. As a Contract Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through the management and development of global contracts with our customers. This position requires a unique blend of contract expertise and business development acumen to ensure favorable terms, foster customer relationships, and identify new opportunities for revenue generation. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Business Program within our corporate Sales Excellence Team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our contract development strategy and contribute to the overall business expansion.
Location: Huningue (France), Weil am Rhein (Germany), Naarden (Netherlands), or Brussels (Belgium)

**Role+Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and negotiation of contracts with customers, focusing on favorable terms and pricing to add value to our customers and develop a sustainable partnership
- Proactively identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within existing contracts, working closely with account managers
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive contract development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing their contractual needs, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships Stay informed about competitor activities, and market dynamics to form contract development strategies

**Qualifications+Profile**
- Strong business development mindset with a proven track record in contract management
- Excellent negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analytical thinking with a focus on identifying business opportunities and maximizing contract value
- Results-oriented and proactive approach, taking ownership of contract development initiatives
- Several years of experience in contract management, business development, account management or a related field Fluent in English, ability to communicate in French is an advantage
