The Nezasa SaaS platform helps Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and DMCs boost sales, optimise operations, reduce costs, and provide memorable experiences for their customers.

Established in 2012, out of Zurich, Nezasa was started by a group of enthusiastic travellers (with some solid IT skills) who had an innovative idea to simplify travel. Their goal was to develop a technology that would shed the limitations of traditional travel by creating a tool that makes travel experiences more attractive, flexible and convenient.

The company initially sold travel packages directly to travellers and became a business to business (B2B) company in 2014. Since then, Nezasa has provided the travel industry with outstanding itinerary generating technology drawing from a robust partner network that offers great products.

We re-focussed in July 2023 and are on a mission to break even in 2024 and then on to 10M ARR.

**The role**
- This is a sales hunter role that will be targeted and measured on new business
- Currently working with a successful SDR team who are booking appointments for the sales team (outbound and inbound)
- Operating across many geographies but will include DACH region, so German and English is a requirement

**Responsibilities**
- Consistently closing sales opportunities with the assigned segments to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- Navigate gatekeepers and scouts to access key decision makers
- Understand and handle objections and customer fears
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, characterized by a high number of well documented deals in the various stages of HubSpot that allow for constant inflow of new clients (successful deals)
- To prospect and assess various sales opportunities and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
- Manage and comprehensively track customer interaction and transactional information in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Coordinate relevant pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle that are required to ensure fit-for-purpose deals
- Create and conduct customer facing presentations, product demonstrations, solution proposals, and service orders required for successful deal management
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
- Practise effective, excellent communication with management, customers and stakeholders in general
- Other duties as assigned.

**Other Attributes**

- Able to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
- Experience with various SaaS tools such as CRM Systems (ideally HubSpot), Outbound Sales tools, and Google Apps
- A strong team player that feels comfortable to collaborate with a partially remote sales team, located across geographies
- Can thrive in a startup environment with lots of change and excitement

**Experience**
- 5 years plus of sales experience in a SaaS or technology environment selling in the travel industry

**Reports to**
- Chief Revenue Officer
