**Short description**:
We are looking for a Sales Support Manager for a global role within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. This is a fully remote role, where you could be working from anywhere in Europe where Hexagon M.I. has an office.
This is a function within Hexagon's Sales Support Team in the Metrology Device business unit, responsible for technical and commercial sales support. In this role you are also responsible for technological and commercial support of Hexagon’s commercial operations and customers. The role entails product trainings, customer visits, quotations and project management.
The Sales Support Manager will report to the Director Sales Support & Business Development.

**Tasks in detail**:

- Increase product knowledge in our sales channels
- Support and help commercial organisation to sell products and solutions
- Providing technical sales support and product training to the Commercial Operations and their customers
- Develop content for sales tools
- Participate in training of the sales force, client visits, exhibitions and seminars
- Responsible for internal Quotation process as an interface between Commercial and Product management Operations in all aspects of customer quotations
- Use market knowledge to help sales align their selling process to the way the market wants to buy
- Market and Competitive Intelligence

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 7 years of experience working in sales, sales support, pre-sales, or similar
- Strong preference of metrology product knowledge metrology software
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Availability to travel 30% of the time worldwide
