**Administrative Assistant (M/F/d)**

**JOB PURPOSE**

Provide administrative assistance primarily to the Oncology Head of Global Marketing Manages Projects and tasks such as vendor management, content management and cost monitoring for global oncology marketing functions.

Assignments generally involve pro-activity, work of a confidential nature and require a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative assistance primarily to the Head of Global Oncology Marketing
- Coordinate and organize Senior Marketing Leadership Team and Therapeutic Area Leadership Team meetings and various cross functional meetings and events
- Coordinate Basel Pharma Hub activities and events
- Manage several projects / tasks related to global marketing such as Cost management, Team building, content databases, congress projects
- Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, presentations, correspondence and memorandum as guided by general company practice
- Assists in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e. drafting agendas and broader communications
- Coordinates details of global meetings and/or on and off-site conferences and events
- Processes expense reports, Purchase orders and payment of invoices; Handles confidential information and interface with Senior Management and their respective teams
- Order supplies, equipment, space/office plans
- Performs additional accountabilities as required

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Commercial Degree (Kant. Handelsschule), Eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis (KV)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good communicational & organisational skills
- Initiative, dynamic and flexible
- Displays adequate sense of urgency
- Strong inter-personal skills both with peers and superiors
- Pro-active by nature (self-starter)
- Good PC & state of the art technology skills
- High sense of responsibility & ownership
- High level of integrity & discretion
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
