- Managing office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Support in general administrative tasks and provide administrative support to the employees in the office
- Supporting the executive team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Responsible for visitor management
- Coordinating office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering necessary items
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding of new hires and updating and maintaining the office policies as necessary
- Handling the management of the property (arranging repairs, organize office layout, organize cleaning etc.)

**This is you**:

- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
