**Your mission**:
- ** Own & Transform our Zurich office space** to meet the evolving needs of the business, fostering an attractive and productive work environment.
- ** Cultivate a positive company culture** by organizing internal events and activities that engage and unite employees.
- ** Plan and coordinate both internal and external events**, including meetings and conference attendance, to enhance collaboration and visibility.
- ** Manage administrative tasks** for various projects as required, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- ** Handle confidential information** with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- ** Perform clerical duties** such as filing, scanning, and copying documents to maintain organized records.
- ** Support new team members** during their onboarding process, helping them acclimate and navigate the office environment.
- ** Assist staff and customers with travel arrangements**, including itinerary planning and logistics support.
- ** Maintain inventory of office supplies** by regularly checking stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary.
- ** Be proactive and hands-on** in getting things done, collaborating effectively with external suppliers and partners when needed.
- ** Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence** to support effective communication and decision-making.
- ** Ensure the facility is organized and well-maintained**, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.
**Your profile**:
- ** Previous experience** in at least one of the following areas: hospitality management, events management, real estate teams, workplace teams, executive assistance, business operations management, administrative/office assistance, or a similar role.
- ** Proficient organizer** with a strong command of Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides) or the MS Office Suite, along with a willingness to learn new tools.
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills** to effectively convey information and ideas.
- ** Strong organizational and time management abilities** to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- ** Attention to detail** and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- ** Ability to work independently** while also collaborating seamlessly within a team.
- ** Passionate about building culture**, with a natural ability to inject energy, creativity, and progressive thinking into the workplace.
- ** Proficient or native speaker** of both English and German.
