About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Zürich, Switzerland. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our client in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of all in-scope services to ensure quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide the team to maintain exceptional delivery standards.
  • Evaluate and escalate any issues or incidents at client sites.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and services related to offices.
  • Successful track record in outsourced service solutions for international clients, preferably in the banking or office sector.
  • 2 years of experience in facilities management within the financial services sector or a comparable industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (mandatory) with French and German being highly valued.
