Customer Contract Manager

**About the role**:
- Own and drive organic growth cross-functional activities, with solid customer engagement / relationship and account management team alignment
- During the lifecycle of the contract drive the Request to Cash (RTC) activities for a custome which includes RTC solution design in bid phase, service creation during contract setup, organic growth management.
- Drive Organic growth upselling activities across Network and Integrated Services domain
- Optimize the efficiency of request to cash activities thru continuous improvement and usage of the best of company processes and functions, while meeting the contractual obligations.

- Team player that is communicative, organized, flexible and used to work in a stressful environment
- Sales driven, commercial behavior with respect for company compliancy rules
- Solution oriented approach
- Have a good understanding for what influence customer experience and company objectives
- Understand customer (internal and external) challenges and needs, listening skills, and is able to design solution to improve customer experience
- Good understanding of Financials like revenue, margin, cash flow and P&L
- Able to deal with dual reporting lines and virtual teams
**Additional information**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar
- Languages: English & German fluently
- 5 years’ experience as Sales, Sales operation or in Sales support
