Legal & Contracts Manager*in (80%)

Als verantwortliche/r Legal & Contracts Manager*in unterstützen Sie die GTS Schweiz AG bei allen Angeboten und Projekten, betreuen alle gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen sowie alle internen und externen rechtlichen, Compliance
- und Vertragsmanagement-Angelegenheiten.

Als Ansprechpartner*in für rechtliche Fragestellungen aller Fachteams intern und gegenüber Kunden umfassen Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten insbesondere:
- Rechtliche und vertragliche Analyse von Risiken und Chancen im Zusammenhang mit (insbesondere öffentlichen) Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Verhandlung, Ausarbeitung und Pflege von Projektverträgen sowie Erstellung sonstiger Verträge aller Art (Subunternehmerverträge, Lizenzverträge, Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen, Letters of Intent etc.)- Betreuung aller gesellschaftsrechtlichen Vorgänge der GTS Schweiz AG- Umsetzung von gruppeninternen Compliance-Prozessen- Aktive Unterstützung zur Minimierung von vertraglichen, kommerziellen, finanziellen und technischen Risiken für das Unternehmen im Projektverlauf- Durchführung von Schulungen für das Management und die Mitarbeiter*innen zu rechtlichen, vertraglichen und Compliance-Themen- Bearbeitung von versicherungsrechtlichen Themen

Ihr Profil:
Nach einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Rechtswissenschaften haben Sie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Jurist*in in einem Schweizer Unternehmen und/oder als Anwalt/Anwältin in einer Schweizer Kanzlei. Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Vergaberecht sind von Vorteil. Sie haben Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und lösungsorientierte «Business Partner»-Mentalität, starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und soziale Fähigkeiten.

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
