**Job Summary**:
This role is part of the build of a PMO for the Swisslinx Technology Consulting Business.
The Contract & Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the financial and contractual aspects of our technology consulting projects. This individual will be responsible for the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts, including Statements of Work (SOW), Purchase Orders (PO), and budgets. Additionally, the Contract/Finance Manager will be instrumental in writing bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contract Management
Draft, negotiate, and administer comprehensive contracts, including SOWs, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements
Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the contract process
Financial Management
Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring all operations are within budget and identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial results
Analyze financial information to forecast future budget needs and suggest spending improvements that increase profits
Review and approve budget changes, transfers, and financial transactions in accordance with company policies
Purchase Order and Budget Administration
Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures
Manage the PO process, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and cash flow
Monitor and manage cash flow, utilizing forecasts and budgets to plan and align POs accordingly
Bid and Proposal Writing
Lead the development of compelling and persuasive proposals that showcase the company's strengths and capabilities
Maintain and improve the answer repository for bid submissions, ensuring high-quality responses to RFPs and RFQs
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding contract and financial matters.
Present annual budgets and financial reports to senior managers
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to educate them on contract terms and financial strategies.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in contract management, financial planning, and analysis within a technology consulting environment.
Strong understanding of contract law and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and contractual information clearly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification or specialization in contract law
Experience with contract management systems or software
Knowledge of the technology consulting industry and global technology-related change programs.

**Location**:
This role is based in Zurich and will a hybrid mix of on-site presence and work from home.
