**About the Role**

Would you like to own and lead the develop of our core Contract product and also play a pivotal role in Swiss Re's Contract Digital Transformation?

Working directly with the Head Process Excellence & Analytics for Group Contracts, Swiss Re Institute (SRI), you will be part of an impactful team of professionals who will help deliver on the Contracts Transformation programme goals.

You, as the Product Manager will own and develop the end-to-end business solution development from design to delivery, its solution integration and performance. Overall, the business solution will be the centrepiece of driving strong contract quality.

Contract Digital Transformation will change the way Swiss Re manages, retrieves and analyses its re/insurance contracts. We will target to have real-time traceability, accountability and auditability of contracts across the value chain; enabled by horizontal and vertical system integration. This will include improved contract quality through ground breaking technology; extract contract portfolio insights, trends and steer contract content and quality.

The programme is one of the six "must win" in Group Underwriting to maintain Swiss Re's excellence in the Re/Insurance underwriting domain.

**In your role, you will**:
- Define the Contracts product vision along the lines of the contract lifecycle- Aligning with stakeholders around the product vision- Actively understand business user needs/requirements and develop a common product across the group- Develop product roadmap from its inception to launch by prioritizing product features and capabilities- Work with process, UX and tech to convey requirements in a comprehensive, yet understandable manner- Develop and measure the product and its feature success with tangible metrics- Track market and identify new technologies and capabilities that will enable Swiss Re to develop a best-in-class contract lifecycle management

**About you**:
- Have a successful track record in developing digital products that the users love- Strategic approach, with the experience in crafting product roadmaps from design to delivery- Ability to gauge the pulse of the user and drive the usability of the product, with direct and data-driven methods- Ability to facilitate and translate business and technical requirements to a variety of stakeholders, in an understandable manner- Excellent communication and analytics skills - ability to craft strong narratives that influence people to change- Consultative approach, who loves working with multi-locational/ cross functional teams- Thrives in a changing and often ambiguous environment with time pressure- Experience as a plus - Re/insurance industry, especially in Underwriting and/or Contracts
