**The **P** **osition**

This will be a dual role supporting both Corporate Vice Presidents for our Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) and our Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) franchise. The position is based in Zürich, Switzerland and will require both administrative support and leading operational assignments across both franchises.

As a personal assistant, you will become the anchor point for the CVPs when it comes to planning and managing calendars, travel management, aligning and coordinating with other stakeholders in Zürich and across the value chain.
- We expect you to manage the CVPs calendar and always be ahead of them by optimising planning, making changes seem seamless, and using their time effectively.
- You should role model personal initiative and find solutions to dilemmas. Occasional travel (10%) may be expected, as well as running operational assignments, managing events and multiple vendors across both franchises.
- You will Participate in management meetings: organis ing them, securing agenda, follow-up, travel and logistics etc., and liaise with HQ/Regions/Affiliates on trip agenda, as well as alignment among other assistants
- You will take administrative responsibility manag ing meetings and ensur ing they run smoothly, as well as Project management responsibilities for meetings and events
- You will be responsible for Budget management support in collaboration with our Finance partner as well as Identify and implement opportunities to reduce CVPs administrative tasks, and to support CVPs in ad hoc related tasks

- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written is mandatory. You have advanced IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Your core strengths include strong planning and organisational skills.
- People think of you as highly service-minded and a person that is highly adaptable and flexible.
