**Your tasks**
- Proactively and independently support the CFO and the Finance leadership team members in various administrative and organizational tasks related to the business
- Collaborate with and provide support for specific strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective coordination
- Take ownership of urgent issues that trouble the CFO or Finance leadership team members, resolving them efficiently
- Resolve problems that do not require the direct attention of the CFO, fostering collaboration among different departments by establishing connections that may otherwise go unnoticed, both within and outside of Finance
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on Finance leadership team meetings, actively participating and taking accurate minutes
- Support and coordinate the development of specific communication actions, including the preparation of town hall meetings, events, newsletters, and communications tailored to the Finance community
- Create business-relevant documents and analyze assigned business topics, presenting findings in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats

**Your profile**
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration
- First working experiences in a corporate finance function, preferably in a large corporate environment
- Interest to learn from the CFO and the Finance Leadership Team and to strengthen own Corporate Finance business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to actively listen and understand complex problems in Business and Corporate Finance
- Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines is very important
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to guide more senior individuals in the desired direction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good intercultural competencies
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
