Business Development and Sales Manager

**For this position we require**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborating with management and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
- Support development team members on specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace
- Availability to travel, if required, to work directly at the customer's premises
**Your profile**:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Software solutions development market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Attention to detail and used to work with Agile methodologies
- Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Degree Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in German and English, Italian is a plus
