**Business Line and Regional Sales Manager - Mediterranean Area**:**

Working with Process Automation, you will drive the global sales performance and marketing strategies of the Short Distance Shipping Segment in Process Automation Marine & Ports, participating in sales strategy discussions, assigning goals and negotiating sales budgets and marketing plans. In this role, you will direct, develop and coach the local sales departments In local units and regions to meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.We are looking for a senior sales manager to coordinate the Business Line growth in Mediterranean Area. You will be working cross functional for the segments relevant to this area.

Global Sales Manager Marine Solutions

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will define and implement the segment sales strategy and budget and ensures regular follow up with oversight countries. Driving the growth of the top line in each target segment
- Assisting the area sales team and customers throughout the sales process, while developing business by increasing knowledge of products and markets
Aiding the area sales organization in determining the best solutions and providing technical support, product presentations and training
- Performing sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans for potential order shortfalls and producing sales reports to assist in production planning
- Taking ownership of specific cases to ensure customer issues are resolved, and discovering the causes of lost proposals
- Building and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key customers, stakeholders and other decision makers

**Your background**:

- 10 years of experience in sales and/or sales management, working in power electronics or automation system
- Experience in Marine Industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Experience in business development, account management and cross selling
- An understanding of contract negotiations, risk management and commercial and legal terms
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, negotiating skills, a customer focused mindset and a professional, “can do” attitude
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, other European language will be a plus
- Availability to travel internationally
