With more than 1,000 customers all over the world, this company has been creating diversity and quality for 50 years and good taste in chocolate. The core products are robot-based one-shot machines and Lines for the production of the best chocolate and modern weighing technology. This client is on a growth course and is looking for an Area Sales Manager

**Missions**:

- Complete sales and business development responsibility for selected markets: Scandinavia, Turkey,
- Central and Eastern Europe
- Creation of offers for casting machines and complete production lines (new / retrofit)
- Independent implementation of customer negotiations (Independent decisions from offer to closing)
- Definition and implementation of measures to strengthen the company presence in the mentioned markets (in cooperation with marketing)
- Working in small, interdisciplinary project teams in coordination with the Director of Sales
- Reporting to the Management

**Profile**:

- Basic technical training with further commercial training
- Business fluent German and English, French and other foreign languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to an extent of approx. 20%
- Negotiation skills, communication skills and business understanding
- Humor and enjoyment of dealing with customers, both in person and on the phone or online
- Pleasure (appetite) for chocolate

**Salary**: Up to CHF110,000.00 per year
