We develop and market new technological solutions for the real estate sector, with the aim of simplifying the daily lives of tenants, property managers and owners. At a time when our flagship product is already a 'must-have' in Switzerland, we are looking for a talented Sales Representative to strengthen our team and consolidate our market-leading position, expanding the distribution of our new products to the Swiss German region and boost our market share.

**Your contribution**:
As a Sales Representative, your main objective will be to acquire new customers and boost our market share in Swiss German Region mainly focused on Luzern area. You will increase the sales of our products and services. At the same time, you will play an active role, with all the team, in developing and implementing sales and customer acquisition strategies. Your sales input will also facilitate the development of our products and services. In practical terms, this means that you will:

- Identify commercial opportunities and actively prospect the Swiss german speaking region.
- Detect needs and problems to be solved in order to raise sales opportunities.
- Manage and grow our existing and future accounts.
- Organise sales meetings with new prospects and customers.
- Draft offers, conduct negotiations and follow up until the closing stage.
- Contribute to the optimisation of sales processes and their Kpi's.
- Identify and take part in events (trade fairs, webinars, conferences, workshops, etc.).
- Participate in design and updates of marketing communication materials, technical and commercial product documentation.

**Your profile**:

- You have more than 3 years' experience in sales and a proven track record in a similar role.
- You are a native speaker of German or Swiss German with a very good knowledge of French
- You are experienced in selling technical product
- You know how to qualify and close sales opportunities effectively
- You have excellent formal and informal communication skills
- You are recognised for your ability to understand and analyse the needs and of business development challenges
- You have a good command of office tools (Office Suite)
- You have a good understanding of CRM approaches and tools
- You have a valid driving licence (travel required)
