Zur Erweiterung unserer Kundenbasis und zur Erreichung von Verkaufsquoten für bestimmte Bereiche unseres Unternehmens suchen wir einen Regional Sales Manager.
Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie über Erfahrung im Betriebsmanagement einer Filiale (oder mehrerer Filialen) verfügen und gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Ziele tragen. Sie sollten auch in der Lage sein, ein Team von Verkaufsmitarbeitern aus der Ferne zu überwachen und profitable Ziele zu setzen. **Aufgaben**: Erstellung regionaler Vertriebspläne und -quoten in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen
Unterstützung von Filialleitern im täglichen Filialbetrieb
Bewertung von Filial
- und Einzelleistungen
Berichterstattung über die regionalen Verkaufsergebnisse
Prognose der Quartals
- und Jahresgewinne
Ermittlung des Einstellungsbedarfs, Auswahl und Schulung neuer Verkaufsmitarbeiter
Erstellung und Überprüfung des Jahresbudgets für den Verantwortungsbereich
Analyse regionaler Markttrends und Entdeckung neuer Wachstumschancen
Bewältigung potenzieller Probleme und Vorschläge für schnelle Lösungen
Beteiligung an Entscheidungen über Expansion oder Akquisition
Neue Dienstleistungen/Produkte und innovative Verkaufstechniken vorschlagen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen
**Anforderungen**: Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung als Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager oder ähnliche leitende Vertriebsfunktionen
Fähigkeit zur Messung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen (ROI und KPIs)
Vertrautheit mit CRM-Software
Verständnis von Filialabläufen
Fähigkeit, ein leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam zu führen und zu motivieren
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten mit Problemlösungskompetenz
Reisebereitschaft bei Bedarf
B.Sc.Abschluss in Vertrieb, Betriebswirtschaft oder relevantem Bereich
