**Your mission**:

- Support shaping and executing the business development strategy to address the professional cleaning and AGV/AMR market.
- Keep up with the latest industry developments, including the market positioning of competitors.
- Prospect, nurture and convert high-quality leads into Evaluation Accounts.
- Use CRM to record and manage interactions.

**Your story**:

- At least Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Robotics, or comparable experience.
- 5-10 years of work experience in B2B tech sales, including complex sales and business development. Experience in component sales is a plus.
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following: material handling processes / RTLS / AGVs & AMRs / service robotics / automated cleaning industry.
- Familiar with best practices with CRM.
- Analytical attitude with outstanding communication / presentation skills.
- Hunter personality.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in one or more of the following is a plus: German, Korean, Japanese
