**About the role**:
As our Key Account and Partner Manager B2B, you will lead high-profile accounts, ensuring exceptional execution, sales growth, and heightened awareness. You will focus on both developing existing customers and acquiring new ones, crafting strategic annual account plans to drive Dyson’s and partners' objectives over the next three years. Commercially savvy, you will leverage negotiation and influencing skills to foster productive relationships and achieve sales targets, aligning with Dyson’s vision for ambitious growth.

Your role will involve spearheading effective sales strategies, overseeing nationwide Partner/Distributor Development to meet sales targets, and crafting joint business development plans with partners. You will be responsible for delivering sales and gross margin targets, understanding retailer profitability, and forging professional relationships with key stakeholders. Negotiating agreements with large customers and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements will be essential tasks.

Additionally, you will prepare sales forecasts, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and provide tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Collaboration with Marketing departments to ensure brand consistency and staying updated on new product launches will be integral to your role. You will also play a vital role in networking and knowledge-sharing across EMEA account management teams, contributing to collective success and fostering best practices.

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven Key Account Manager experience preferred
- Experience managing nationwide distributors, such as electric/sanitary wholesalers, is desirable
- Track record of contributing to high-performing sales teams
- Exposure to senior-level account negotiations is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Effective communication and team management abilities
- Analytical skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required, with fluency in German and English
- Experienced Business Development, Key Account, and Partner Manager, responsible for acquiring new accounts and fostering long-term client relationships through innovative ideas and strong development plans
