**Executive Assistant to CFO (80%), M/F/d**:

You will be wholly immersed in the day-to-day business with all aspects of running the CFO’s everyday commitments and dealing with stakeholders and projects he works on.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the efficient running of the office; scheduling all appointments based on business priorities, key objectives, deadlines, and preferences.
- Managing a complex diary, using your initiative to ensure time is used effectively, acting as a gateway and gatekeeper with a helicopter view, creating win-win situations for the CFO and the team.
Supporting building a successful and healthy organization: Working closely with the CEO’s assistant and CFO’s direct reports (Finance, Treasury, Legal, M&A, Procurement).
- Organizing events, on
- and off-site meetings, and (virtual) conferences.
- Prioritizing conflicting tasks and following up on concerns, including sensitive or confidential ones; determining an appropriate course of action, referral, or response for these tasks.
- Coordinating workflows and optimizing internal processes.
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external business contacts; serving as the administrative liaison by providing a bridge for smooth communications; demonstrating control to maintain credibility, trust, and support.

**Your Skills and Abilities**:

- Commercial degree or a B.A. in Business Administration and several years of experience in executive support or administrative operations management in an international company.
- Business fluency in English, ideally a native speaker; German language skills are a plus.
- Highly skilled in MS Office programs and collaboration platforms (i.e., Teams, Zoom) and other productivity tools.
- «Can-do» approach to planning workload that supports the CFO in delivering priorities.
- Impeccably organized, anticipating issues before they arise and reacting quickly with solutions ready at hand.
- Flexible approach to tight deadlines. Things happen last minute, and it is vital to keep a calm head.
- Able to work self-sufficiently and act with high autonomy and independence.
