CORE, a subsidiary of greenTEG, is the expert leader in thermophysiological effects for sports and wellness. CORE is currently used by many of the world’s top endurance sports athletes in triathlon, cycling, trail, and distance running.

As we exercise, our core body temperature increases which can greatly affect performance output, but with CORE we can minimize these effects. CORE is creating a new sports sensor category that is quickly being adopted by athletes all over the world.

Tasks

As part of a small, focused, fast-moving team, you will take the leading role in driving sales:

- You will be responsible for CORE’s global sales strategic planning and implementation in accordance with CORE’s brand positioning.
- As a driving force behind our global expansion, you will develop annual budgets and manage the global sales process, from sell-in to sell-out (including seasonal sales meetings, trade shows, tools, reporting, etc.).
- Together with our management team, you will be responsible for opening new markets, including sales and operations set-ups, and building the team to accomplish this effectively.
- You will provide valuable input for our product development and marketing team based on market feedback.
- In collaboration with the management team, you will actively contribute to shaping our global product, price, and distribution strategies.
- You will closely collaborate with marketing to drive the B2B / reseller sell-through.

**Requirements**:
**You will bring to the team**:

- Several years of experience in international sales in a comparable position in the endurance sports market with a focus on cycling and triathlon.
- Ideally, you already have a network of shops/resellers in the sports market, with a focus on cycling and triathlon.
- You have native or equivalent English proficiency. German proficiency would be helpful.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to take on various tasks in a small team and work together to execute projects successfully.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere within a mature start-up.

**Start date**: as soon as possible
